I develop custom Telegram bots of any complexity, including support for Telegram Mini Apps. I create web applications using Next.js. Currently, I am developing a Telegram bot to help Russian-speaking repatriates learn Hebrew. The bot has over 800 users per month, and more than 200 people use it daily:

As a developer and knowledge base administrator, I was involved in optimizing the customer service department's workflows. I automated routine tasks for employees, optimized, and improved the internal Atlassian Confluence knowledge base. My developments significantly improved various KPI metrics.

As a Senior Manager of the Support Quality Control Department, I was responsible for interacting with a support staff group consisting of several dozens of first and second line support employees, as well as 10 senior staff members. I established processes and optimized KPIs.
